\nSpartan Health Club and the Miss Jamaica World Pageant return to the Stadium Complex after a near 20-year hiatus on Saturday, September 23 with the hosting of the 2017 Pageant Final, known traditionally, as The Grand Coronation Show. The event will be staged at the Courtleigh Auditorium and will mark its grand return with a star stud entertainment package and royal red-carpet treatment.<\/p>\n

Headlining the glamorous blitz affair will be the ever talented crooner \u2013 Romain Virgo<\/a>, who is known internationally for his specialization in the lovers rock style of reggae music and his captivating stage performances; alongside him is \u2018My dream\u2019 reggae artist Nesbeth<\/a>. Spartan will be exploring a fresh, new, innovative combination of MCs to lead the night\u2019s proceedings along. The job has been entrusted in the capable hands of the charismatic, talented and simple gorgeous Miss Jamaica World 2007 and 1st runner up \u2013 Miss Universe 2010, presenter, model , host \u2013Miss Yendi Phillips<\/a>, co hosted by the humorous sensation, Music Industry Achievers\u2019 Award for Social Media Personality of the Year in 2012 \u2013 Quite Perry<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\n Dr. Sanneta Myrie is a 26 year old Senior House Officer at the Mandeville Regional Hospital currently in the field of Anesthesiology and Intensive care. In 2015, Dr Myrie won the Miss Jamaica World title and went on to Miss World Pageant in Sanya, China where she placed 4th and copped the Caribbean Queen of Beauty title. Dr. Myrie has taken her Mentorship to Africa and the United States to reach out and connect with young and old from all walks of life. Dr. Myrie considers herself a true testament to the power of potential and the greatness that can come from it with proper guidance and encouragement\n <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

    \n Kerrie Baylis is a prestigeous Jamaican beauty pageant title holder being the fourth in history to take the both the Miss Jamaica World and Universe titles. At age 20, Kerrie won her first crown at Miss Jamaica World 2009. She went on to compete in the finals held in South Africa placing 2nd Miss Sports, 3rd Best World Dress, 7th Top Model and top 20 Beach Beauty. In 2012 after completing her Law Degree in the UK, Kerrie represented Jamaica for the second time in a Caribbean Tourism Pageant hosted in Guyana, where she copped her first international title and was crowned Miss Jamzone International, also capturing first place in 4 out of the 5 sectional prizes for best evening wear, best interview, best cultural presentation and best body. In September 2013 Kerrie won her third and final crown – Miss Universe Jamaica. Her pageant success opened many doors in the modeling world. To name a few, Kerrie has graced the runway in Russia’s Mercedez Benz Fashion Week, Caribbean Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week and featured in international TV commercials and several prominent campaigns such as MAC Cosmetics 2014 Spring Collection.     He is a former Assistant Vice President Corporate Communications of Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited and also a former President of the Jamaica Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. (JAIFA). <\/p>\n

    He is a member of the Hall of Fame of the Caribbean Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. <\/p>\n

    He has served as a judge\/Chief Judge for the Miss Jamaica World Beauty Pageant Pageant on over 34 occasions between the period 1981 to 2016 <\/p>\n

    For over 12 years he served as host for the Insurance Industry\u2019s Radio Programme \u201cThis Business of Insurance\u201d which was aired on RADIO JAMAICA. <\/p>\n

    He is the author of the Impact Motivation Programme, a personal develop programme which has been implemented by several business organizations. <\/p>\n
