In this week’s Princess Diaries the Miss Jamaica World finalists were busy keeping fit with Splash Aquaerobics.
Fitness plays a major role in the pageant and the contestants were more than happy to participate in the Splash Aquaerobics session held at the St Andrew High School for Girls swimming pool under the watchful eyes of Captain Tessa Lewin.
Splash Aquaereobics is nothing new, as it has been around in Jamaica since 2006. This type of workout offers fitness and health benefits.
Though the workout seemed intense these princesses were all smiles.
The Splash Aquaereobics is among the training the girls had to undergo in heightened preparation for the fast-track event the Beach Beauty Competition, scheduled for Sunday, July 19 at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston.
