MJW Sponsors Sashed their Contestant in Front of a Vibrant Packed Crowd
The Spartan Health Club- franchise holder of Miss Jamaica World Pageant and the pageant coordinators – directed by Dr Terri Karelle Reid, Miss Jamaica World 2005 and co- coordinators MJW 2001 and MJW 2006 Regina Beavers and Sara Lawrence, 4th place in Miss World have started the pageant’s journey to select the most suited Miss Jamaica World Ambassador, who is not only beautiful and gracious but epitomizes this year’s theme “Peace and Love, Jamaica”. Another exciting feature is the working relationship with PALS which will be instrumental in the charitable aspect of the pageant.
The Miss Jamaica World 2010 finalists on Saturday July 17, 2010 made their first public appearance, wearing casual and city-chic wear from an extremely talented local designer, Tony Wanliss of Xing Designs Co, as well as, fashionable swimsuits by Mushrooms. The girls were showcased to a large and receptive audience at the Sovereign Center where they were randomly assigned to sponsors courtesy of Supreme Ventures and their gaming machine: The sponsors were given the opportunity to sash their finalist and meet and greet them in person.
