Kerry Moxam places eighth in Miss intercontinental 2010
Kerry Moxam, 1st Runner-Up Miss Jamaica World 2010 and Jamaica’s representative to the 2010 Miss Intercontinental Contest, was placed 8th out of 56 participating countries by the judges. The Pageant was staged in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Contestants arrived on October 25 and the pageant final was staged last Saturday November 6 in the Taino Theatre at the Barcelo Premium Hotel. The winner was Maydelise Columna of Puerto Rico. Susana Schwarz of Peru finished 2nd and 3rd was Anastagia Pierre of the Bahamas.
Miss Moxam is currently in Miami visiting relatives and returns to the island this Saturday November 13.
