- Two (2) photos – One full length photo in swimwear and one head shot.
- Video (optional) – Showing yourself to the best advantage, briefly tell us: Your name, Your age, Your Occupation.
Video submissions must not exceed 1 minute. Videos taken with mobile phone cameras are acceptable once the video and audio quality are clear.
