Miss Jamaica World 2015 Winner – Who Is Sanneta Myrie?

Miss Jamaica World 2015 was crowned on Saturday night at the Montego Bay Convention Centre in St James. The winner was Dr Sanneta Myrie. Who is Sanneta Myrie? The following video tells her story and includes her coronation as Miss Jamaica World 2015.

Twenty-four-year-old Sanneta Myrie, a medical doctor who locks her hair, is Miss Jamaica World 2015.

Myrie, who mentors teens in inner-city communities and runs an after-school programme took home the crown, in a hotly contested competition this evening at the Montego Bay Convention Centre in St James.

A crowd favourite, Myrie outpaced 19 other contestants to win the crown.

She will compete in the Miss World competition in China in December.
